This is “Warships of the Anglo-Dutch Wars 1652-74” by Angus Konstam, in a first paperback edition, second printing published by Osprey in 2011. This edition features a history of naval operations between the Dutch and British navies in the 17th century, with many illustrations (some in color by Peter Bull).
